The right conferred by the registration holder is the right to have exclusive use of the design with the consequent right to exclude from this any other third party who is not authorized by him. The law considers, in particular, as acts of use the manufacture, supply, marketing, import, export and use of product in which the plan/model are incorporated or applied, or stocking such product for these purposes.
